This is Ashley Walton, Mike’s sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed it’s been a couple years since we’ve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update I’ll ever share.

I don’t know if I agree with her decision to pick up the head though, unless she’s going to immediately throw it into a fire.
Now, if I know my infectious polymorphic tentacle-monsters right, it’s gonna sting her with its infectious tentacle tongue!
Well, that was unexpected.
Knowing what happens near that, I’d leave the head where it is.
Besides this, it’s clear who’s proficient with weapons and who is not. 🙂

That’s very professional. He still seems hungry even without a body, though.
Even ‘Ack!’ is a stunning performance without vocal cords.
Mouths make tons of sounds without vocal cords, it’s the lack of lungs that poses the serious challenge. That could’ve been his last puff of air for a final lip smack. Or just a breeze passing through.
or the growth its self has grown a lung and has been piping oxygen this hole time, His head is now portable bagpipes.
Whatever the case, I’m applauding.

My first thought exactly, closely followed by “Why does she think that would accomplish anything, its not the “THings” head after all”.
Wow. Gruesome. But it’s gotta be done.
Am I the only person who saw her place her foot on his head in panel 3, and fully expected tentacles to come shooting out to grab her leg in panel 4?
