Good News for People Who Like Bad News

Dear False Positive Readers,
This is Ashley Walton, Mike’s sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed it’s been a couple years since we’ve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update I’ll ever share.
When people ask for things like that from a demon you have to ask, “have you even SEEN a movie?”
But it’s not a demon, It’s an ancient God. ;D And really, when you ask ANYTHING of a demon, you have to check your pop culture senses at the door. It’s ALLWAYS a bad idea.
BUT. . . You have to admit, It IS slightly better then a mundane wish like “Immortality” or “A cure!”, etc. I actually haven’t seen very many works (Outside lovecraft) where characters go seeking knowledge and understanding rather then power.
Demon, god. Really, what’s the difference in this context? Even if there is a distinction, even a cursory knowledge of mythology should tell you to be JUST as wary of making deals with gods.
Umm … have you seen Faustus? How about Frankenstein? Tolkien’s Saruman?
That’s the kind of entities the Gnostics KNEW where populating the Ether…shiver…

I personally like the horns on her in the last panel… it brightens up her face a bit… or prehaps its just the smile. Either way, I ADORE your comics… The quality in your work is AMAZING. As for whether or not she’s a demon… I think she’s a shape shifter of sorts… but don’t think she’s a DIETY per say…. my own personal opinion though…

Also, notice that the runes are not activated although her (it’s? It’s?) fingers are pressed against the glass? Overloaded the defenses or stopped pretending they worked?
Ah, so she wants a taste of the Power Cosmic or therebouts. Interesting development here. But a simple trade of supranatural ability/Faustian deal is too easy — judging from past twists, I sense something more cracked is going on…
I feel that this particular storyline should continue longer
Once again, absolutely loving the artwork on the god.
Hey, if I was presented with an actual God/Goddess/Demigod, I’d try to learn as much as I could, too!
I mean really, eternity or not, it’s gotta be fun for a god to find even the occasional semi-worthy, gutsy mortal that might make a good companion.
How else are they going to keep things interesting? Probably better if we don’t answer that lol (but I’d still like to know!)
Ah, that…is frightengly close to what I`d wish for (granted I`d make sure to put in some “safeguards” but overall….go for it!).^^
