     We’ve yet to see the person she’s talking to. Or if this is a false perspective (ie. the alien sees its race, we see our race) or what those suits look like.

   Is it wrong that the first thing I thought of when I saw the comic was it’s two young adults fooling around and how they think the crashing is her Dad coming home? 😛

   Hmmm..she’s wet. Perhaps some form of hyper-acceleration tube gel..as liquids do not compress easily {ala Event Horizon}… or a hyper-sleep tube she might have been in before. The terrain from the crash page before does not seem as if there was some body of water to crash in,
