Good News for People Who Like Bad News

Dear False Positive Readers,
This is Ashley Walton, Mike’s sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed it’s been a couple years since we’ve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update I’ll ever share.
Why do I get the feeling many big hands were not supposed to happen?
All those hands *do* look like they belong to a foreign umbra which would need to shape a mortal form to his measure…
Clearly my initial hypothesis that this could be a hoax from the psychic is as wrong as hitting your grandma.
Vach-Viraj having been mentioned, I don’t know if I should expect Brahma or Cyäegha to show up. Technically I think those hands could be either of them. 🙂
This comic gets awesomer every time I look, it’s insane.
Heh, Vach & Viraj are 2 parts of the holy trinity Brahma Vach Viraj – holy thought, voice and word or Holy father, mother and son. But at the same time al 3 are the same enitity, kinda like certain religions you might be familiar with 😀
BUT! the Vach-Viraj formula is more common to the Cthulhu mythos 😀 Either way he goes with it i’m still happy.
From how they are dressed, they seem contemporary to H.P. Lovecraft: I vote for Cthulhu.

Also i think this is the first time we get to see some smoke in the comic *points at candles and ghostly demon thingy*. Up untill now smoke and clouds tented to look like a thick visoucs liquid like toothpaste. I.e. Seance’s breath right now.
Is this the start of a subtle change in style?

I like the twist this story has taken, very Lovecraftian, and could lead to a very dark but satisfying finish to the whole thing.
(or it could have a very, um… shall we say, “Concoction”/”Full Metal Alchemist” reshaping of the mortal form…)
