Dear False Positive Readers,
This is Ashley Walton, Mikeās sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed itās been a couple years since weāve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update Iāll ever share.
I love all of their bits and pieces. Each segment just gives more questions and no resolutions. I hope to see them again!
She’s still so formal with Daddy. <3
Also if this were any US movie it would inevitably pan back to the witch’s head in the burning building and one eye would be left with an eyelid somehow and it would open and go, “dun dun dunnnnnn!”
…because it would be a terrible movie because we make a lot of terrible movies over here. š And a few good ones.
They make a lot of terrible movies all over the world, with endings just that hackneyed. We usually only see the best foreign movies over here so we get an artificially good impression. And don’t forget, they WATCH the heck out of our bad movies. Transformers does a lot better worldwide than here, for instance.
The case is from the story “Concoction” which is a False Positive title.
I am pleased that they looted the arcane paraphernalia before burning the place down.
Pillage first, *then* burn.
The fire looks awesome. This is one of my favorite false positive stories. Thanks big Mike.
Considering what she did, the witch got off easy. Justice was not served. Mercy prevailed. It’s also pretty cool to see them walking off with the “Concoction” briefcase and all of the other artifacts.
“Now what?” “Let’s go have some FUN!”
Well she has the mask of Loki from the movie “The Mask” so I imagine there is much fun and mahem to be had. I am curious as to what is in the case. It was behind the chair in the hidden room. Could that be the case from “Pulp Fiction”?
Had the He-Man sword appeared before, in the office? I just noticed it. š
Also: yeah, this storyline is/was really great.
we only saw part of the “treasure room,” right?
actually, the oval jewel makes that She-Ra’s sword š (He-Man’s twin sister)
Good eye!
It’s the girl and the old man from Exiled…how did i never notice this before?
Also, the statues in the garden look very similar to the artefact from Frenzy
This! I was wondering why those statues looked so familiar!
dann i am a dumbass this is a continuation

Yes, and a prequel to Sentinel.
No. Read the discussion here: http://falsepositivecomic.com/2014/12/30/found-in-his-hand-page-24-horror
And the sword of Power from Masters of the Universe…
I don’t know what the hell he’s gonna do with it, but I couldn’t be happier that it’s in his hands!
…Uhm… not to be pedantic.. but that’s NOT He-Man’s sword.
That’s She-Ra’s sword. He-Man’s sword from Masters of the Universe does not have a Gem in it…which is clearly on the hilt of this one!
Yep… I’m THAT Geek! š
Oooh, good eye! By the Honor of Greyskull, yo!
…er you mean “For the Honor of Greyskull!”
..again.. THAT pedantic Geek! š
Don’t you all mean “By the POWER of Greyskull”, or am I only a He-man geek?
Maxim 1: Pillage, then burn.
Their wounds are the blue of the creature they ate… Is this the first time we’ve had color leakage?
their blood in daylight
nah, pretty sure that’s the alien blood the duo got from “exiled”
So, might the book be the Gutenberg Bible? – He *did* say, they had a buyer lined up…
Yeah… I think he’s got the Gutenberg Bible. Too cool!! I really think he means it when he says he would, “scratch this wide world asunder” for his daughter. Let’s hope one day we have the fortune to watch him fulfill that oath.
Any way the witch could be the blonde from Frenzy?
I’m so glad they got to take home souvenirs!
Aaand – their wounds are back to leaking Sky-blue immortal-alien blood.
*sighs*
I really need thoses reinforcements of my beliefs now and then.
But this was too easy – If I let any of my roleplaying-evenings end that way, my players would not be able to go to sleep for the suspense.
I can just imagine them watching me packing up with that look that says “we know this cannot be it. Come on! Spill!”
The girl is also carrying the dagger from the Alec Baldwin movie “The Shadow,” and the Mask from, well, “The Mask.”
the statues will attack!! nice observation about the “concoction” briefcase i wonder how that will tie in.
They loose it at the airport?!? š
I love this comic. It’s like watching the Twilight Zone.
Cool story but why is it called “Found In His Hand”…?
Exodus 21:16 (King James version): “And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.”
Ok, I didn’t get that one.
*sung to Supercalifragilisticexpialadocious*
Pillage, Rape, and Loot and Burn, but all in moderation.
If you heed these words of mine, you’ll soon control the nation.
First kill all your enemies, and then kill their relations!
Pillage, Rape, and Loot and Burn, but all in moderation!
It tickles the hell out of me that we are starting to see some reappearing characters. The Roman and his Daughter, Coyote. I can’t help but feel that Mr. Walton has an over arching story line that we will one day many years from now gasp in awe of as all the threads get drawn together. Love your work Sir, and I’m not really into macrabe or horror.
Looks like the witcher
Is da mask from ‘Yolk’?
The hedges are shaped exactly like the amulet from Frenzy.
Bofore, the little girl had said “assuage my fury”, rather than satisfy. I’m almost certain. That was a good word.
I like the connections between the stories
