Dear False Positive Readers,
This is Ashley Walton, Mikeās sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed itās been a couple years since weāve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update Iāll ever share.
Yay! Here comes the plot twist!
Blue blood! Seems the girl might have gotten bored with the sedentary life and might leave with or without her dad. Maybe even kill him in the process.
Immortal baby piglet? Weird.
hmm i guess this is last page of Exiled .. š
How could you ignore a face like that? All innocent, imploring, blood-splattered…
You know, pallet-related hints aside, that girl looks more and more familiar with the passing of time. Do I detect some loose ends in risk of imminent collection?
Oooh, curiouser and curiouser….
I just now noticed that this little girl reminds me a lot of the girl from the original “Let the right one in”
I assume you’re referencing the little girl who played the little boy vampire; I haven’t seen the whole movie, but I am inclined to agree.
I’m so confused. Didn’t he have normal red blood when the alien hurt him earlier? Now he bleeds blue blood and why are they in exile so long? They seem to be immortal now, if they weren’t before. Whoever exiled them must be dead. Being exiled should mean nothing after all those years.
He bled red prior to eating the alien flesh and/or spending time in close proximity to the creature’s escape pod, and it would seem that one or both of those things affected his (and her) physiology.
As for his attitudes about honor, there are two things to consider here:
1) People who regularly have human contact can have a very difficult time unlearning morals and codes of behavior they learned in childhood, so I would imagine that, even with the passage of so much time, it would be more difficult for someone who’s had virtually zero contact with anybody for so long.
2) Are you suuuuuuure that whoever exiled him “must” be dead? This IS False Positive we’re talking about, here.
The pigs shall eat the bodies if you don’t clean them up fast enough …
