This is Ashley Walton, Mikeās sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed itās been a couple years since weāve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update Iāll ever share.

They were still warning them off at the pig killing. I think like most people, they are just fond of not being shot in the face.

She’s near-immune to bullets and she just punched one of them through the skull. Her father’s the same. There were only three of them.
A weapon is a more effective deterrent than an unarmed girl, and they were trying to shoo them away.
With a bow and arrow? When the other guys had guns? Dunno, I don’t get the point.
She KILLED one with an arrow…
I think the father/daughter are in fight or flight mode. If this is WWII, they have probably heard the thunder of battle and are fearfully trying to keep to themselves. They apparently don’t speak German. The roman man said, “what” when the soldier fired the rifle. This makes me think the man was completely unfamiliar with rifles and guns. He saw the damage the rifle did and knew it was a weapon. The loud shot probably shot fear through both of them and they probably don’t know if the soldiers have weapons that can harm/kill them. They might also be concerned about revealing their strength. Fight or flight. These people are simply reacting on instinct.
Fist through the skull, wow, see kids eat your alien Wheaties!

The arrow was a warning.
The arrow was to scare them off. When it didn’t work, she let it loose and then went to town.
Arrow… fist… rifle… it’s good to mix up our killing blows because it endows us with true wisdom that can only be gifted by experience.

What I’d like to know is what the hell these two do every day. There’s only so much pig herding and home improvement to occupy your time with; they’ve been going for millennia.
