Good News for People Who Like Bad News

Dear False Positive Readers,
This is Ashley Walton, Mike’s sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed it’s been a couple years since we’ve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update I’ll ever share.
Oh god, it’s so cute and little. Now I want a pet baby demon rhinocopei.

That’s right, a pickaxe to the thoracic cavity didn’t even slow the fucker down, better jump into the rickety wooden wagons for saftey.

It’s too damned cute. Who knows how long the poor thing was locked down there. It’s gotta be hungry. Go ahead and throw it the rest on your maimed friend and I am sure you will win it over.

I think they just inadvertently picked him over the kid, because they can’t save both. Actually come to think about it, he’s never killed off a kid, so as I doubt he’s going to start now, that means they aren’t all going to die.
Actually, he killed off an entire planet (Constriction)… the terminally ill daughter of an occultist (Detained)… and used a child’s ghost as a disguise for a demon (Seance). I wouldn’t go betting on anything in this situation. Maybe the ‘demon’ is an infant itself we can count on it doing something completely unpredictable.

Ahh but he never directly showed us the gore of death in those cases, which is not so easy to pull off in this situation.
Yes… teach it the important lesson, “People are tasty.” That’s a GREAT way to guarantee your survival. NO way that could possibly backfire.
All you have to do is be the faster than the slowest person….
I really wonder what the twist of this story is going to be.
That it eats people and passes silver in it’s waste and that ‘mine’ was it’s latrine, hence the rich mine is due to a healthy appetite?
Will they sacrifice the injured for a shot at wealth?
