Dear False Positive Readers,
This is Ashley Walton, Mike’s sister and editor of False Positive. I have really terrible, awful news and a tiny bit of good news.
You might have noticed it’s been a couple years since we’ve posted anything on this website. Well, brace yourself for the saddest update I’ll ever share.
the week just seems to last longer and longer when nothing happens in this comic 🙁 Give me action plz !!! 🙂
I felt a bit disappointed by the absence of mind-blowing ending twist, but maybe the fact there is no twist is a twist itself!
Turns out the twist was 5 years in the making
Oh, well… Stuff like that happens all the time! Planets, galaxies, they all disappear one day!
… oh God.
Wait, wait! What do you mean by “FINAL CHAPTER”!?
Noooooooooooooooooo
Of season one.
Oh my.
Does the spiral in your skull logo have anything to do with this?
I don’t believe there is a direct correlation to the FP logo. Dan, the artist on “Constriction,” came up with the spiral look for elements in this story.
It’s a fantastic coincidence, then. I’m loving this comic – can’t wait to see what the season finale will bring.
Oh! Oh. Well.. Okay then.
I find this a little bit anti-climatic.
..but why stop here? Finish off with a black webpage, save for the colored splotches of everything else sucked into the middle.
Infinite canvas ftw ^^
Beautifully simple ending. I love it. I also love what appears to be a scar gouged across the sky from this incident.
Interesting scar comment…I didn’t think of that. I thought it was just the milky way and the artist was showing us that the earth and moon are gone. And, I’m not quite sure, but I think Baltimore is gone too.
I liked the way this ended. Not every scary twisted story has to have a huge ending. The story in itself is quite bizarre and horrible to begin with.
Wait, Baltimore ever existed? Go figure…
Oh fuck this happened right here at my work; damn it!!! Well at least I died before all of you suckers!
Women are so self-centered…
“My only regret is that I have but +1 Internet to give for your comment.”
~Almost, but not quite, Nathan Hale
If you’re feeling weird about how this story played out I suggest reading it backwards. Happy Ending! 😀
Game over, man!! GAME OVER!!!
Would have been a nice ending if this explained the spiral-shapes of all those galaxies out there.
But what do you do for an encore?
* plays the final piano chord from “A Day in the Life” *
WELP.
Looks like my previous comment stands.
I’ll look forward to more False Positive anyway.
So THAT’S how the dark rift formed! Well played.
ill never forget the day my girlfriend turned into a black hole
And they lived happily ever after. The end.
