I’ve been living here for about 6 months… Time to slap up a new coat of paint.
I’m not ready to move or embark on a exhaustive overhaul from the ground up, but I’m playing a bit with the aesthetic design.
(EDIT- UPDATED) At the very same time that I decided to start tweaking page design, falsepositivecomic.com began to crash intermittently. I contacted my webhost and their support informed me it was my fault for scripts demanding high CPU usage on their throttled servers.
A few hours later I learned that in fact falsepositivecomic.com’s webhost data center was under “attack” for the second time this week.
Pretty please, bear with me.
It has become a nightmare.

UPDATED: (4/13/12- mid-day)
In true Friday the 13th horror fashion, falsepositivecomic.com’s webhost has been under attack most of the week and as a result False Positive has been unavailable. I have been assured, for the 4th or 5th time, that the issue has been resolved and things should run smoothly from now on– I will be busy knocking on wood, crossing fingers, & making sacrifices to ancient gods.

I’ve followed the Pop Candy blog for years and it has led me to some of my most treasured pop-culture experiences. It covers a wide array of all things geek. Her blog is responsible for helping me find many gems, including both the Mad Men & Battlestar Galactica (2004) television series and (if memory serves) Charles Burns’ Black Hole graphic novel. Okay, she’s nuts.
No, well a little bit… shes a genius. She instantly put together the possible implications of controlling such a machine, she didn’t waste years developing it, she just knew a promising project and jumped on it where other reporters would have ignored the story for a goose chase.
I can understand killing the others, even the reporters, but why make out with yourself almost as soon as you meet her?
To quote Matthew G: “She’s nuts.”
Passing the gun creates a paradox in and of itself – did you see all those apples? It’s a definitely creating a loop. And I think she just realized that there will soon be infinitely many of her running around…
I really think that she’s trying to end the loop. And that kiss? It’s a kiss farewell. She’s destroyed the people who can run the machine, and now she has to remove the items that are in the loop…
I dont see that, more likely she just never bothers to take the apple out, so every time she goes back she takes the apple with her, then she takes it again and again, it does make for an interesting calendar of how many times shes done it. There wont be infinite amounts of her because the older one will stay there at that time and the younger one will back, no one is going to come back after the younger one leaves so the older one will be alone. She must be very narcissistic to love herself enough to kiss herself, not to mention put her own gain above the lives of everyone in that room.
You know what? If I had a copy of myself, I’d probably make out with it. It’s not even gay, it’s a form of weird masturbation! (C)
