I’m guessing Vuchislav is right about them being a bit more insistent. But I’m also guessing those aren’t your average, run of the day missionaries. I’d guess the hammer-man is in more danger than we first suspect Jerry and Thomas to be.
I think I see where this is headed. The good word will soften “hammer man’s” heart and lead him to the path of sincere repentance.
And then he’ll apologize to the hammer. That bit of hammer-cruelty was pretty horrible, after all.
In retrospect; the angle in second panel makes it seem like hammerguy is peeing on Jerry’s shoes.
